Michael Ringler, CPA, is the founder and president of Ringler & Co., PC. He established the firm in 1992 and has grown it through integrity, hard work and client-driven business, accounting and tax strategies that provide value, nurture business growth and protect business profits.

Mike received his B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University in 1984. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mike is currently at the Masters level in the Toronto-based Strategic Coach Program, a lifetime learning organization designed for successful entrepreneurs. He is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course in Human Relations, and active in professional, charitable, civic, and youth athletic programs.

Patricia Haney, CPA, is a member of the Ringler & Co., PC client service team. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Detroit Mercy. Pat is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Danielle Scramlin, CPA, is a member of the Ringler & Co., PC client services team. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan. Danielle is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).

Candace Goemmel, CPA, is a member of the Ringler & Co., PC client services team. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Kent State University. Candace is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).

Gwen VanOverbeke serves as office coordinator for Ringler & Co., PC. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Administrative Sciences from Macomb County Community College.
