Michael Ringler, CPA, is the founder and president of Ringler CPA. He established the firm in 1992 and has grown it through integrity, hard work and client-driven business, accounting and tax strategies that provide value, nurture business growth and protect business profits.

Mike's practice focuses on providing financial solutions to entrepreneurs and their families. Industry expertise includes manufacturing, professional service firms, and construction. His in-depth accounting and business advisory expertise includes specialization with percentage of completion accounting, business valuations, and cash flow analysis.

Mike received his B.A. in Accounting from Murl(images/ichigan State University in 1984. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mike is a graduate of the Toronto-based Strategic Coach Program, a lifetime learning organization designed for successful entrepreneurs. He is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course in Human Relations, and active in professional, charitable, civic, and youth athletic programs.

Patricia Haney, CPA, is a member of the Ringler CPA client service team. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Detroit Mercy. Pat is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Pat's industry expertise and service is focused on manufacturing, professional services firms, and construction. Her subject matter expertise includes percentage of completion accounting, corporate tax, and financial statement preparation.

Danielle Scramlin, CPA, is a member of the Ringler CPA client services team. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan. Danielle is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).

Danielle's expertise includes the manufacturing, real estate, and retail industries. Her practice specialties include rental real estate, passive activities, corporate tax and financial statement preparation.

Candace Goemmel, CPA, is a member of the Ringler CPA client services team. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Kent State University. Candace is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).

Candace's areas of expertise include accounting for real estate and retail services. She specializes in individual income tax, partnership tax, and corporate accounting.

Gwen VanOverbeke serves as office coordinator for Ringler CPA. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Administrative Sciences from Macomb County Community College.
